April at Probinex: CASP license in CZ, new growth phase and Earnio Horizon 3y
May 7, 2025
Ondřej Koraba
In April, we decided to accelerate the growth of Probinex and to apply for a CASP license not only in Greece, but also in the Czech Republic. What else happened in April, and what can you look forward to in May?
Headnote by project's co-founder Adam Neuberger
Probinex is entering a key phase.
Our team is strengthening, new people with extensive experience are joining, and we are firmly focused on finding new ways to expand the vision of the Probinex project further across the world.
In April, we worked on a new generation of products, a redesign of Earnio, and technical reinforcement of our infrastructure.
The biggest challenge? The license.
While we are fine-tuning legislative details in Greece and waiting for a date, we decided to take action in the Czech Republic. We want to obtain a CASP license here as well.
It’s a strategic move that will allow us to offer new opportunities to clients more quickly.
StayKing results for April 2025
April was like a rollercoaster ride. Tariffs from Trump sent global markets down, the S&P 500 weakened, but Bitcoin went against the tide and strengthened by 15% – placing it among the five most valuable assets in the world.
In April, we stuck to a conservative strategy, didn’t close positions, and as a result, StayKing didn’t distribute any PBX. But as Tom Hucík says in his video – May could be significantly stronger.
What's cooking at Probinex?
We will apply for a CASP license in the Czech Republic as well
From the very beginning, we knew we wanted to be part of the regulated cryptocurrency world and change the rules of the game.
We’re doing everything we can to meet official requirements — technologically, procedurally, and in terms of values.
We’ve been preparing for the MiCA and DORA regulations for a long time, aiming to be ready and keep pace with the major players in the industry.
That’s why we’ve been eagerly awaiting the moment when it would be possible to officially start the licensing process. Several years ago, based on legal analyses, we concluded that the fastest path to obtaining a MiCA-compliant license could be through Greece. There, we developed our operations and infrastructure, and in 2022, we obtained a VASP license.
However, the situation took a new turn, and the Czech Republic responded more quickly — while Greece is still waiting for the law to take full effect (and delays are possible), the necessary regulations already apply in the Czech Republic.
The Czech National Bank now allows selected companies to submit applications early under a transitional regime. That’s why in March we began reevaluating our strategy, and at the beginning of April we made the final decision: we want to apply for a license with the Czech National Bank as well.
The Czech National Bank is known for its thoroughness and strict standards, which is exactly why we believe that a license granted by this institution will give the Probinex project even greater weight and credibility — not only in the Czech Republic, but across all of Europe.
We are not abandoning our plans to apply for a license in Greece. We are simply supplementing them with action in the Czech Republic, which may potentially accelerate our transformation into a regulated environment.
The wheels are already in motion, and the first steps are behind us. We’ll continue to keep you informed.
Wish us luck!
Product development and an energetic business-marketing strategy
In addition to regulatory requirements and the necessary licenses, other priorities are resonating within Probinex — product development and bringing those products to market.
That’s why we are currently finalizing adjustments to existing products — including visuals and the frontend interface.
Our goal is to make the platform more intuitive and enhance the overall user experience.
As part of these preparations, we’re also working on a new business and marketing plan. Once we obtain the license, we’re ready to kick communication into high gear and reach out to more clients and partners.
To achieve maximum efficiency, some departments have undergone restructuring. More experience is joining the teams, and we’re strengthening our execution capacity — we want to grow not only in breadth, but also in depth.
At the same time, we’re making changes to internal processes and management.
We’re streamlining operations to make the entire company faster, more agile, and even better prepared for the demands of a licensed environment.
Earnio Horizon 3y is nearing the finish line
One of our main current goals is to launch a new version of the Earnio product — Horizon 3y.

What does Earnio Horizon 3y offer?
- Three-year investment horizon
- Yearly return from 6 to 18% based on your StayKing Level
- Yearly payout of returns
We’re planning to launch it in mid-May. In the meantime, you can use our internal exchange — and take advantage of the weakened dollar to stock up on USDC at a better rate.
Earnio in a new look
In addition to the new product variant, we’ve also rolled out several design enhancements to the Earnio platform, making it more intuitive and even more user-friendly.

We believe you’ll not only like the new look, but more importantly, it will make it easier to navigate and manage your funds.
What do you think of the improved design?
What are the next steps?
We’ve got a lot on our plate, but these are the things we’re focusing on the most:
Application for a CASP license in the Czech Republic and Greece
Expanding our product offering with new variants
Strengthening internal processes and management
Even greater security through migrating Earnio to Fireblocks
More efficient operations and execution
Stronger focus on marketing after obtaining the license
We have important weeks ahead
We’re convinced that with you — our clients, partners, and community — Probinex is ready to take the next big step.
Thank you for being on this journey with us.
